I’m a mom of three, and motherhood has profoundly shaped the way I approach my work. It’s taught me the value of presence, patience, and connection, and the importance of remembering not just what life looked like, but how it felt. I’m drawn to bringing families together and creating space for real interaction, knowing that the most meaningful images often come from simply letting people be themselves.
In 2017, I left my 9–5 career in healthcare to pursue photography full time, guided by the belief that the best work comes from a genuine love for what you do. One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know my clients and creating an experience that feels relaxed, joyful, and memorable.
My work is light, fun, colorful, and full of joy. I’m a sucker for giggles and authentic moments over anything posed or forced. I blend documentary storytelling with a fine art approach to create images that feel organic, honest, and timeless. I go for the real thing - the laughter, the movement, the connection, and the stories unfolding right in front of me.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me reading, working on my hobby farm, wandering through antique stores and imagining the stories they hold, or soaking up everyday moments with my family.

I believe there’s a time and place for classic, formally posed portraits, but the heart of my work is unposed and free-flowing. I use gentle prompts and simple direction to help you feel comfortable and at ease, allowing moments to unfold naturally and authentically. My passion is photographing real people, genuine emotion, and meaningful connection. I’ll guide you every step of the way, keep things light, and probably make you laugh along the way. Above all, my goal is for your session to feel relaxed and enjoyable — creating not only beautiful images, but an experience and memories you’ll cherish for years to come.
